Barry A Rudell, II

Barry A. Rudell, II came to the firm in December of 2002, and has continued to focus his litigation practice on all aspects of construction law, insurance defense and insurance coverage issues. In addition, Barry handles a variety of matters pertaining to premises liability and small business representation. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Barry has also successfully argued matters in Ohio’s First, Fourth, Tenth and Twelfth Appellate Districts, as well as the Kentucky Court of Appeals. He is also active in the representation of clients and contractors through numerous mediation and arbitration proceedings, including arbitrations and mediations conducted in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures established by the American Arbitration Association.

Barry is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Law (2000), and the University of Kentucky (1996, cum laude, with honors) where he majored in Political Science and History. He is active with his church in Liberty Township, an avid paddle tennis player and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
